thought you were giving up on art? sorry if you posted a journal here stating otherwise
i'm not quite up-to-date with most journals from the people i follow on dA right now cuz i'm just now getting accustomed to college life haha ... busy busy. are you just taking or finishing commissions you had or something? or are you back in the art mood?
i really hope you reconsidered your decision to drop art as a hobby/lifestyle because someone with such a talent really shouldn't let such a blessing go to waste, as there are countless other people no where near as good that wish they had the motivation/inspiration/talent/knowledge/skill/experience/anything else it takes to be a 'good' artist that just never will, you know? and why let such a huge portion of your life spent on art go to waste as well, right? those are just my opinions though, and i assure you i am not trying to guilt you into doing art if you really don't want to do it, and that i firmly believe that everyone should do what they truly believe will make them happy. :]
anyways, that aside x,D this is beautiful. i always love the amount of emotion you can convey using body language and expression among the characters you paint. your poses, color palettes, light sources, perspectives, and moods are always fresh and new, even to someone who's followed your art for a long time and knows your style very well, yet you always seem to be able to have that signature 'look' about the styling/characterization within each picture you put out. plainly said; your artwork is amazing and you have a lot of talent i wish i had. how often do you draw during a good 'art' week?
